These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.oootech.com, our free audit, and the text message program operated by Oootech ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or submitting a form you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SMS / text message program

• Program: Oootech sends appointment reminders, support messages and updates about your audit or service request to people who opt in.
• How you opt in: by ticking the text message consent box on our website form and providing your mobile number. The box is optional; consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving your audit.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your request and appointments.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email team@oootech.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number: you confirm you are the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide, and will tell us if it changes hands.
• Privacy: how we handle your number and consent is set out in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties.

Using the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• submit false information or someone else's details without their permission;
• send spam, malicious code or automated submissions;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• copy or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission.

The free audit

The audit is free, with no card and no obligation to buy. It is based on the answers you give and on publicly available information at the time we review it. Findings, estimates and cost figures are our professional opinion, not a guarantee of rankings, leads or revenue. Search engines and platforms change often, and results depend on factors outside our control.

Paid services

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins for that work. Prices shown on the website are for guidance and are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

The website's text, design, graphics and guides belong to Oootech or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. The report we prepare for you is yours to use in your business.
